WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW

The Marriage License Bureau of Las Vegas is located at the following address: 201 Clark Avenue Las Vegas, NV 89155-1603 Phone: 702-671-0600 Fax: 702-455-4929 Hours: Open Daily 8:00 am 12:00 Midnight. Including all Major Holidays Cost: The license fee is $60.00 and there is no appointment is necessary. However they only accept Cash so be prepared. Blood Test: There is no blood test and no waiting period to get a marriage license in the State of Nevada. Application: Both parties must be present at the Marriage License Bureau in order for a Marriage License to be issued. Identification: (The following may be used for identification) Driver’s License or State-issued ID card Original or Certified copy of Birth Certificate Foreign Birth Certificate must be translated into English and notarized Passport Military Identification Resident alien card Marriage Ceremonies: In order to have a legal marriage, a ceremony must be performed in the State of Nevada within one year from date of issuance of the marriage license by any person licensed or authorized to perform ceremonies in Nevada. The ceremony may be performed in any Wedding Chapel, Church or the Civil Marriage Commissioner. These marriages are recognized throughout the world.
